By accessing or using PlayLabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.
Description of Service
PlayLabs is a lesson planning application designed for Physical and Health Education teachers. We provide tools for creating lesson plans, managing activities, and tracking curriculum coverage aligned with the BC K-5 PHE curriculum.
User Accounts
To use certain features of PlayLabs, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
User Content
You retain ownership of lesson plans and activities you create. However, you grant us a license to store and display your content as necessary to provide our services. Content you choose to make public may be viewed by other users.
Content Guidelines
All user-generated content must be appropriate for a K-5 educational environment. Content is subject to AI-powered moderation. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our guidelines.
Subscription and Payment
Some features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time.
Limitation of Liability
PlayLabs is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email.
